Synopsis:
This interactive workshop will help attendees grasp the dynamic changes that are occurring globally, how to properly frame their impact, and the impact of AI on the world of work. The workshop will help attendees transition their mental models from ones that are anchored in the industrial world of the last 100 years to the post-industrial world that we are now experiencing. To help attendees better understand the impact of AI in a post-industrial world, will dive deep on how AI is impacting each major functional area of HR. We will talk through the technologies that are disrupting the functional HR areas, how we need to reimagine work when we combine human and digital labor. Additionally, we will discuss what are the key characteristics of success that are needed to thrive in this environment.
